Depends on your setup. We recommend monthly at a minimum, but weekly for more sensitive systems.
A typical visit includes water testing, partial water change, glass and filter cleaning, algae control, livestock health check, and equipment inspection. Services can be tailored to your setup.
Maintenance Subscriptions offer regular, ongoing care, whilst Deep Clean Subscriptions are more intensive services done a few times a year, focused on restoring or deep cleaning your system.
Absolutely. We have experience with complex marine systems and offer specialist services including coral care, salinity balancing, and advanced filtration checks.
Not necessarily! As long as we have safe access to your system and you’re happy for us to proceed, many of our clients choose to leave it to us whilst they’re out.
Yes! Whether it’s poor water clarity, algae, equipment malfunction, or sick fish, we can give you advice on the spot or schedule a follow-up if needed.
For regular clients, we offer scheduled slots. For new or one-off bookings, we typically require up to two weeks’ notice depending on location and availability.
